Return & Exchange Policy

VasishtasJewelleryltd.com is dedicated to provide you with high quality and exquisite Jewellery and customer service. If in the case you need to return your item purchased please be guided accordingly with our return policy.  

Return and exchange are permitted within 30days from the date of purchase.   

 Jewellery must be in good condition with all certification and accessories. It must be in the original packaging and must not be worn.                                                               

Watches must not be warned,

unaltered and in original condition to be accepted for return.

All packaging, instructions and warranties, as applicable, must be included with the return of the watch.                                                                                             

All cost of shipping for return items is at the cost of the customer.                                     

Returns or exchanges are not allowed on customized Jewellery, re-size Jewellery, special order watches, class or school rings and engraved item.

All money back refunds will be issued via company cheque after return item is found to be in satisfactory condition and meeting all return policy guidelines.

Cheques will be issued 21 days after acceptance. 

All returned items are subjects to 20% restocking fee since accepted and will be deducted from total t o be returned. 

Instore cash refunds are also subjected to 20% restocking fee and item must be present with original receipt.

Vashistas' Jewellery Ltd does no accept returns or refunds on any fragrance sale. 

All returns must be shipped to Vashistas' Jewellery and Gift Center Ltd location.

All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed. 

You must keep the Return Tracking Number you shipped your package with, in order to ensure that it was delivered to the correct address location. 

All items sold on sale are no eligible for return or exchange. 

Credit card purchases all refunds after deductions will be credited back to your credit card

VashistasJewellery.com is not responsible for merchandise that does not receive or that is not returned in accordance with these terms.  

 Shipping Policy 

 Shipment of all online purchases will be done within 2-3 working days. Cost for shipment will be generated by the courier chosen on check out. All purchases once in stock will be shipped within the specified time frame. Back order will be shipped within 30days of the  order being place. There will also be the option for instore pick up which will not have any cost attached. Time of delivery of shipped item will be determined by courier chosen.

Thanks for your interest in purchasing Jewellery wholesale from us. we offer a fine collection of Jewellery from earrings, rings, bracelet and necklaces, all from 10kt to 18kt. All our designs can be manufactured to the karat desired. 

Our minimum order must be of 1 oz or 31 grams of the desired category. This will ensure prices to be calculated at wholesale. Shipping cost will be determined as to destination and shipping courier which will be added to final costing as per say any taxes which are legally founded to be added. 

All orders depends on quantity ordered will take 2 - 3 weeks manufacturing time before shipping. Before any order is finalized down payment must be made of 50% of the total and  balance payable before shipping of product. 

Instore pickup of order are also available with said payment option.
